it almost looks like a variety of fuschia.
Could be totally wrong but that is my guess.

It's certainly one of the double flower types of Fushsia, maybe 'Dollar Princess' or some such close cultivar.

Definitely a Fuchsia, and "Dollar Princess" seems right on the mark.
