Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Fortunately only a 1 day snowstorm.
We'll soon beat 'em with 3 months of it.

Mike, are you saying that plumeria stays out winter, or is it in a pot?

The plumeria does come in eventually...It can take a few freezes I think. Then I put it in a dark basement and let the elaves all drop off. I remember my friends in Fort Lauderdale have a huge one outside, and last December it froze and lost all the leaves in the long cold spell there, came back just fine. The camelias are amazing aren't they. They are soooo big. I basically forget about them as they are planted on the sid eof the house where I never usually go. I'll post another pic to show how big they have grown in the past five years.

I hope everyone in the NE is doing OK. I saw that places in NJ had 19", and parts of MA had 26". The tree breakage also seems to be especially bad. Luckily, all of this weather is coming down as rain in my area. However, there are 100 km/h winds, and some flooded areas. Normally NS would be receiving this as snow too!!

Barb, after living in NS for 10 years, the constant grey skies and rain has started to seem "normal"

Snow....LOL......we only got 2" here in the Massachusetts 'tropics'. Thanks to the 'warm' ocean temps the rain/snow mix did not turn to real snow until the end. Banana leaves are still green! Low of 29F.
