One of them finished opening today, so I guess I can't consider it pushing four anymore. But here is a shot of three more spears rapidly pushing upward and out. :)

Wonder how big this thing will get this summer? I'm pushing it with Carl Pool and Miracle-Gro fertilizer. Push, push, push because we have a short growing season. :twisted:

That beast will really push this year, having settled in so well.
Look at how robust those spears look, not wimpy at all.

Nice to see the crowding on top...it's competition for the fronds!

Man, that's a beautiful Trachy, Tim.

I'll have to grab a short ladder and take a pic of my Trachy spear crowding...fronds are standing straight up.
Very cool, like there's a race on
