Wow, Mark!
My two Sagos aren't even thinking about flushing yet.
Well done.

I have a couple of these, one a bit larger than yours (Mark) and another that must be double that size. Neither one flushed last year dispite it being one of the best summers on record. I'll have to shoot some fertilizer on them this spring and see what happens.
As a side note, a fellow enthusiast that specailizes in Cycads told me these prefer a permanant north - south orientaition. I've marked the lip of the pots to designate north so if I move them around I know which way to place them.
Cheers. Barrie.

Nice, Mark.
They look very robust.
Something about it "spiralling out of plane/axis".

I had one that didn't flush for 2 years-it was going
on it's 3rd when I turned the gas on!
I started hitting it with lawn fertilizer, within a few days it was flushing.
Last year it was doing nothing again-out with the lawn fertilizer and boom!
flushed again

Sad pictures usually turn to glad pics by the end of the year
That's why I posted so many pics of my yard, cuz by the time summer is in full swing -
makes for nice comparison shots!
