Home depot banana

I was at Home depot yesturday and I saw some small banana plants that had no labal on them.

Ryan the banana plant you find in the big box stores are usually dwarf cavendish. Great as a container plant and the bananas taste similar to store bought.

I bought 2 of them. I will post some pics. Maybe someone can identify them.

I don't think thst it is a dwarf cavendish because it does not have purple/maroon stripes on it.

I emailed the wholesale supplier company who supplies home depot their banada "trees". They are Musa Super Dwarf. They reach a height of 4-5 feet. Perfect plant for the patio. Cheers
