Weather Station

Post by Jay-Admin » Mon Jan 24, 2005 8:38 pm

What type of weather station would anyone suggest getting? I have heard of Oregon Scientific? I only need one with one or two temperature sensors for now. Any suggestions would be great. :D

Jay

Picked up a nice Oregon Scientific weather station over the weekend. Anybody else use one of these?

Jay thats cool did you pick that up down accross the line. Maybe we can get an accurate reading of proper temperatures here in Kelowna. The temps at the Airport are always 3 to 4 degrees colder than most of the rest of the city. I am thinking of getting one how expensive are they?

That's a good idea John. I got it at Lowes in Spokane. I paid $50 for it. Dunno if that's good or bad. :? I got the weather forcaster one with two sensors with the ability to add one more. I looked at ones at w mart but they didn't have any with more than one sensor.

Jay
