RIGHT ON!!!!
One thing I have NEVER been able to germinate is Zamia/Cycad seeds. Believe me I have tried!!

I hate to say it, but I think those ones are done for............ :| (a little too damp, and the mold/fungus had a nice snack)

You don't have to be crazy to grow palms in Alberta..... But it helps
