Licuala spinosa

Licuala spinosa

Probably the best of the Licualas in terms of cold hardiness, being able to withstand several degrees of frost.

Leaves 3 feet wide! Likes poorly drained areas and full sun!
Several degrees of frost!

Very unusual looking, nice.

Sounds almost too good to be true, hopefully these won't take a year to germinate :D

Steve,
an OVERNIGHT soak?

Well done

Steve great they germinated that fast for you. I tried two different batches of seeds from two different seed companies and got zilch. The seeds must have been old. Show some photos as to how they progress.
