Does anyone have a source for 1-5 gallon Chamaedorea radicalis & microspadix ? The radicalis I would like to get both the tree form & bush form.

Laaz ... Looks like Jungle Music has both types of C. radicalis for sale.

Thanks Barrie. I just picked up 5 C. radicalis from Stan McKenzie at the expo for $1 each.

Ohh Laaz...! Stan can't pay his water bill with prices that low. Those C. radicalis flower early in their life cycle and they'll appreciate shelter from the hot mid day sun.

Barrie he had a table full of them. Most had 2-3 plants in each pot. Yes they are going in the shade under large Trachys & Washys.

Sounds great Wes. From what I know you need both a male & female plant to produce viable seed.

Yes you do need a female and male.
I have a larger one that hasn't flowered yet. I hope it is the opposite of the one that is flowering.

Let me know Wes. BTW put me on your list for some fresh Trachy seeds this year. If you need more Palmetto, Minor or Saws let me know.

My seeds should be ready soon. I will let you know when I pick them.
And yes I could use more sabal minor and palmetto seeds.
I have tried to see if sabal minor will naturalize in my garden and so far it is a success.
Will keep you posted and if I get some c. radicalis seed I will let you know.
