Mislabeled very cold hardy plant, help identify

I've made a picture of this in London, however, I've seen only one shrub in Riga.
It's fully hardy for more than 6 years. We had winters down to -15 some years ago.
Little to no damage.

Looks like an evergreen Viburnum to me...

That's an Wrinkled or Leatherleaf Viburnum, Viburnum rhytidophyllum.
