It gets pretty quiet here in the summer everyone is outside enjoying the good weather.

Bananas love to be well watered and fed I have slow release on them when I see it start to fade I put more on it seems fine with what I do.

I thought this winter killed my basjoo but it came back very late in the spring, almost in june I think.

I water mine with dirty pond water from cleaning the waterfalls out...here are some pics, seems to work....

I have a blood red.banana and the leaves keep coming out like if.they were rotting.....is it too.much water or not enough

I do use the pond water that has a lot of scum, algae, bug larvae, fish excrement etc...and I water a lot. Also these have been in the ground for five years now. They take a few years to really ramp up. Take a picture of yours and post it maybe I can see what you mean about the leaf/rot problem????

Every payday( twice a month) . Easy to remember. lol. miracle grow and a Tbsp of epsom salt!!
