Post by vincentmolino » Wed Apr 18, 2012 11:51 am

Hi, live in New Orleans, getting ready to buy a few 14 foot coconut palms and few dozen Alfrediis.

This looks to be the forum of the crazies that love palms enough to try to grow cocnuts north of Orlando so I think Ill fit right in here.

Hi Vinny, welcome aboard Palms North...
New Orleans! Wonderful!

Strange how you figured out right away that we're all crazy.
coconuts north of Orlando
even in Canada.
Indoors except for 3 months.

Can't wait to see photos of your new stuff and where you're planting them.

I was also getting a little tired of everyone telling me coconuts only grow south of miami on other forums.

Nobody'll tell you that here, Vinny.
And we never admit HOW LONG (or short) they grow/survive.

Select a topic and post away.
How about some pics of where they'll be planted to start?
