Was trimming this yucca gloriosa variegata after a bloom and you can finally see it branching.

Nice looking bunch of yuccas you have! Love the branching gloriosa varigata, I wish mine would get some height.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Thanks,

These yuccas don't seem to be in a hurry. They been the ground for 4 yrs now from PDN and just now putting on size.

Very nice, Chad.

Love the trimmed look.

My fav has always been the Sapphire Skies.
PDN sure has good plants; got mine from them too.

Thanks guys,

Last year I moved all of my trunking yucca to this garden bed. Seems to be dryer since its higher and closer to the willow. Plus all my 7' yuccas fell over last year :(

Ohh Barb, you know how I love me sum PDN. I actually have a standing order I will be picking up in 2 weeks :D

Oh no, Chad.
I must've missed that horrible event.
Presume you got them replanted.

Nawh, I cut 1 all the way back and planted it. Some are now growing back from roots I didn't get dug out. But my lower gardens just stay too wet.

Wow.
Never heard they grow back from roots alone.
The one you cut all the way back, I hope it built enough roots to survive winter.

I would've cried to have 7 footers fall over.

Oh yeah, every time I dig a yucca another one grows back in its place like magic

Pretty sure there will no problems with my yuccas surviving winter. Even after last nights ice event.

That's happened with my filamentosas, but didn't realize it might with others.

Ice event! Oh man!
