yucca glauca

Post by cuja1 » Fri Apr 04, 2014 10:06 pm

I'm supposed to be getting a yucca glauca in the mail and I have a place in my yard with 2/3 pea gravel and 1/3 sand. would this be an ok soil mixture for yucca glauca or would it be too dry and lacking nutrients?

That should be pretty good for a glauca possibly amend a bit of soil in but you should be in great shape.

Yuccas don't mind growing in poor soils, believe me ;) The most important is drainage.
