Igor, wonderful to get to see your plants again :D
Must be wonderful to work in there on a sunny winter day.

Excellent idea to sink that cold frame into the soil!

Everything looks sooooo healthy, that Joshua looks good too.
Look forward to seeing your y.rostrata sapphire skies grow as I'm really impressed with how well mine have done without heat this winter.

So...does that mean the table in your house is empty?

It's hard to believe but there is much colder inside of the GH than outside in a sunny day. GH covered with a good layer of snow.

No, the table is not empty. I have enough plants on it as well as a ton of plants deep in my cellar...

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Look at the ceiling of the GH and you may see how much snow is on a roof. Snow keeps a temperature inside in reasonable minimum comparing with tne minimum outside. I think it was minus 5C inside while outside temperature drops down to minus 12 - minus 16 C every night. I keep my apples inside of the GH too. This big white thermobox.... is full of apples!

Are you sure? It wasn't growing last summer at all.
Do you see this small Euphorbia in the Joshua pot? Unbelievable but this sucker takes below zero temperature too. I'm not sure if it would be able survive after long time being below 0 but so far so good.

ceiling of the GH
Yeah, I saw that.
Thought it was some kind of an insulated blanket to prevent heat loss.

An apple a day...good!
