Those pictures should be in a magazine!

Superb specimens, lovely colours.
I like the new leaves on horridus.

Did you increase your collection?
Or just never photographed them all before?

The trunking yuccas on page 1 take my breath away every time I see them.

wow.... those are some sexy cycads

I have no luck with them.. Ive only had a sago, and its only put out 3 leaves in 4 years, but its still alive. Im gonna donate it to the "conservatory" ( big tropical greenhouse), so it wont suffer anymore LOL.

Best regards

Panzhihuaensis and taitungensis are some of the hardiest, along with good old Cycas revoluta. Here is one growing near Vancouver:

Beautiful Josef as always.
Amazing blue color.

Other than keeping them from falling over in the wind, may I ask why pots are sunk only halfway into the soil?

one of the coolest of that family for sure.

...and not a sunburned leaf to be seen anywhere.

My Dioon spinulosum is so sunburned from just a couple hours morning sun, I will NEVER EVER put it outside again.

Fabulous photos Josef, thanks!

I'm almost afraid to ask.
Anybody heard from Josef (Prague CZ) after those brutal winter temps Europe had?

Fingers crossed that he had enough snow to protect all those gorgeous palms and yuccas outside in the garden.
