Post by Okanagan desert-palms » Sun Dec 23, 2012 3:20 am

Cold in CANADA BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. British Columbia is the warmest part of CANADA. It is the only place in Canada where palm trees grow year round!! You already knew that right?

Since we don't have 30 degree shifts in 24 hours, nor tornadoes/hurricanes, I don't think Zombie tag qualifies here.
Except maybe earthquakes?

My palm hut door is open because it's sunny.
Steam rising off wet roof, and eavestrough ice is melting.

Windows look dirty...wood floor looks dusty. Go away, sun.

It's been unseasonably warm incentives last October. It's about time we dropped in temp.

Ung..... Saskatchewan always gets it. In 2008 they had something like 50days below -10c. It doesn't get that bad here. If other.does barb will find me camping in her yard

*Excluding Nova Scotia! The warmest province...
*And the Niagara Region, a zone 7, where needle palms have been grown unprotected (year-round) for 15+ years!

I'd say that Calgary Ab would be our zombie zone city, 10C one day, -30C the next!
