Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

C is an awesome grade!

It means you know how much effort you need to put in!-

How about temps +30F over normal !?

We were 82F yesterday with 50% cloud cover...only 61F yesterday morning.

It's clear today so far, interesting to see how warm it will get.

Amazing that just over a week ago the ground was covered in snow and now
the 4" soil temps are running in the mid 60s!

The dusting snow was gone by 8:30 in the morning here Barb. On the news it said we had a warmer than average Dec. Jan. Feb. Palm huts were taken down here four days ago. Lets see what the rest of spring has in store for us! 8)

Your lakeside spot is so much warmer than mine.
Far more than 35 miles might indicate.
news it said we had a warmer than average Dec. Jan. Feb
Yes we did.
It's March that's so up and down like a yo-yo.
My 2 washy filifera (plastic protection only) read 0C this morning and 28C 82F this afternoon.
That was after yet another hailstorm.

Barb our poor Washy`s freeze at night and then it`s summer during the day. I left my protection on my Washy so it gets up to mid 20`s in there if I don`t lean up the protection to air it out. Bring on the heat!

Barb I hope all that white crap is gone now? We got wet flakes nothing stuck this morning. I think your elevation has a lot to do with the amount of snow you get vs. at my place. We are 1154 ft. elev. and you are at 1732 ft."Google earth" . This could also account your slightly colder temps. This will be the end of old man winter after this weekend! 8) Did you see Winnipeg is getting near 30c Sunday. WOW

big elev change from your place to mine...wow!

No wonder we get snow when you're already wearing flip flops

Snow's gone, great that ground isn't frozen so we're getting good soil moisture levels.

I spend half my time opening and closing the plastic on the Washy protection.
Keeps me off the street.

Barb, did you get any of that rain? We had over 3days and 3nights of straight rain, then I woke up today and snow is on the ground. My little drain/creek was running full force. :D
