Enjoy :? the storm...

We're really mild but plowed snowbanks are ice.
My little sedan is high-centered on the driveway edge on a 1-foot deep "icebank".
...may be there til spring

Jay, H works in Kelowna, told me there's NO snow :?
What a difference in just 35 miles.

Nice warm rain this morning and that sunshine is glorious.
Too bad my car's shading the iceblock it's perched on
:evil3:

My buddy in north carolina ( less then an hour from the coast), got 6 inches of snow. Hes actualy happy LOL.

For me, its snowed about 30 -40cm so far, but half of that melted in november. Temps are colder then last years extremely mild winter but generaly, still very nice. The lowest temp the airport say was -30C, I was -26C on a north facing wall. Its supposed to be fairly nice this week ( above freezing  ), so i may check on some of the stuff.

Just think, the snow will insulate........ I think tis better then cool rain all winter......

Insane weather East Coast US

Post by lucky1 » Mon Dec 27, 2010 9:24 am

Holy cow, did NJ and MA ever get nailed.
CNN had photos of storm surge damage and snowfall, some areas 18 inches with drifts up to 12 FEET.
Atlantic provinces of Canada suffering from storm surge too with very high tide after a full moon.

Still love the snow Mike?
I hope Bill's GH sheds the snow as fast as it comes down.
Take care over there...

We received somewhere around 10 cm of snow where I am, but the rain flattened it down afterwards!
