Anyone ever try or grow Entada rheedi- African Dream Beans?

Post by seedscanada » Thu Nov 01, 2012 12:54 pm

I just bought ten seeds from India for ten bucks off eBay. Sounds interesting.
Anyone grow these before? or try them for their supposed lucid dream properties?
I just want to frame a giant seed pod on my wall!!

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

Thanks will post results. Our temps are not slated to drop below one celcius for over two weeks I hope they don't freeze along as they are not overnight in the mailbox.
Such large pods!

I wonder how much the vine will grow in one season and what the foliage is like.

Sounds like a very interesting thing that wasn't known to Castaneda: The species is employed in African traditional medicine to induce vivid dreams, believed to enable communication with the spirit world (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
