Got off to a sluggish start, but now finally showing it's variegation and some height...finally. Supposedly the fastest growing palm you can have but at least from this seedling stage has been pretty slow.

So far it's been outside in dappled light and in heat and humidity. Anxious to see it look more like a plam!

Interesting. I don't have any variegated palms so I'll enjoy watching yours grow.
