Not sure of the species of palm, but growing very well!

Here is a few pics.

The Palm in this Picture is over 6' tall after 3 years

This picture shows the trunk starting at 6" at the base and tapering to 2" at foliage

The leaf stalks are thorny.

Anyone have an idea what this could be?

Washingtonia robusta. Welcome to the forum.. we are practically neighbours, within an hour or so away.
