After studying all these plants(again)for 7 years it is really wonderful to see them in person!
A nice payoff after being held hostage by my own garden for so long!

Can someone post this on Hardy palm forum?
I can not get on there, maybe ask if they can send me my password too....Thanks

You are right, Chad... Next place I'd like to visit in the States is the SouthWest. Aaron's ID place is the Second!

Great photos, Jim! You're taking the easy way out by avoiding the freezing temps back home  I like the large saguaro.

I posted a message on the HPS board saying that you're in Arizona, and that you'd like your account password emailed to you.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

No plans to move but for sure I will be here in winter more...
before I started my garden I was spending 4-6 months here,so in
a way,I haved lived here for a year and a half already. :D

I will for sure post more pics,I could make an incredible post on just one street out here...
on a short ride on my bike around the neighborhood I saw 4 different kinds of Chamaeropps.
One of them was a weeping variety...very cool-looked like a green version of Brahea Clara.

It is also very easy to see the diff between Filifera and Robusta out here,Robusta has glossy green leaves
and Filifera has paler matte looking leaves-almost all of the Filibusta had all their boot jacks left for some reason...
amybe a quick way to spot them.
I already have a ton of stuff to take back and I have not bought anything yet!
