Dear Aaron, it's really sad to see a winter damage on your plants! Sorry for your harsh winter... By the way what was a minimum winter temperature?
One more question: what is an evergreen shrub on one of the pictures?

I think it's an 8 ?, But not sure. We are very high on the alkalinity scale.

The minimum temp was -16 or -18F, was one of the coldest I have seen in the garden.
