Around Christmas I picked a handful of seeds from underneath them. Now I have around 20 seedlings.

Washingtonia Filifera

I was going to say Washingtonia Filibusta because there
may be some Robusta mixed in but to my eyes those have
some pretty strong Filifera dominant traits showing.

The trunks are slightly narrow for full on Filifera and yet
you do not see the boot jacks so common in Robusta/Filifera hybridization .

if you turn the view 90 degrees to the left there are 3 Washingtonias on the corner

They are for sure different.
I've never seen that thick trunk like the first two.

The ones I see when I look at your 2nd link look like
Robusta, there may be a hair of Filifera there but
for the most part- if not all- Roibusta. IMO
