Good looking Sabals, Jim.
McCurtain was the only Sabal that got no heat?
Yours are really picking up growth speed now.

I had one McCurtain seed that popped late winter, grew 3 inches and then croaked this summer.

Thanks, Jim! Love the Sabals.
How fast did they grow for you this Summer?
KrisK got super growth of the Lou I gave him (or I think so; would like a new photo of it for comparison). --Erik

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

I think it had a large plastic pot with a smaller on inside covering it.

Erik

The Sabal were in bad shape coming out of winter,I just kinda shoved them into the rose cones and they didn't fit.

In spite of this, most produced 4-5 leaves, they may do better next year but that will depend on me building all new covers this fall.
