Protection looks good , however be sure not to over protect these palms in zone 7 or they will end up dry or live and be not so cold hardy. The thermocube should moderate the amount of heat it gets if it works. I had some stop working mid-winter. Musa basjoo should do well there - cheers CoconutMike

Don't use burlap use arbotex or frost cloth its cotton and that breathes better. Once burlap get wet its wet for the winter and the plants do sweat when temps get warm. You can use burlap after arbotex and bubble wrap
