The problem is I don't have light cold place to store my yucca. I noticed the youngest leaves are pale green. Checked the soil with some thin long stick and it's a little moist, so it might be not about watering :?: I'm confused now :| http://i571.photobucket.com/albums/ss152/palmiarnia/IMG_5046_zps...

A quick question ladies&gents: my indoor rostrata's leaves are wilting. Should I stop watering it at all? It grows in plastic pot with sandy-gravel soil, so very quick drying. It has very little light, unfortunately, but temperature is pretty high. I know, it's bad for overwintering.

Hello marcel, I have noticed, that if a new Yucca is planted a little deeper, than one would think, with the lover leaves just below the surface, then the Yucca grow faster, and will it will grow a thicker base. A good base is very important when the Yucca in time will be in bloom. If the base is t...

Winter protection for Zone 6. Winter 2014/15

I hate to do this, but time flows so swiftly... It's time for winter protection, again! It may be premature you might think, but I have cacti there and they need to stay as dry as possible before real winter comes. Every year my protection looks pretty much the same: http://i571.photobucket.com/albu...
