Palm Wax Candles

Erik, Just a warning, the candle making can also be very addictive and expensive. Haha. But you can buy palm wax bulk from wholesalers. Here is a link to a company that sells to everyone, and they sell everthing needed to make candles. They also have all kinds of instructions for different types of ...

A palm fantasy is a sign you two are getting older   Thanks for posting that photo, Paul, the high density is frankly surprising. The sheer number of "consumer products" that contain palm oil is staggering. It's in everything but dog food...wait...I'd better read that label. Bar...

I wonder if global warming would have any benefits (other than all of us able to grow our palms without protection) Such as growing more food for the world, not having to burn as much fossil fuel to heat our homes = less pollution. There may be benefits.

Ask any politician promoting CC/GW how many dollars it will take to fix the problem and they can not give you a answer. They can and will tell you if you dont do something the future will get worse. Hi Cameron

Shut the front door! You just soaked these and they sprouted? How long . . . I tried growing T. Fortunei and it took 4+ months with the ziplock bag method.

Looks like I'm going to have to learn your Jubaea chilensis trick too!
