thanks guys. Yes Igor I plan on insulating it fully after I run a few wires for plug ins and lighting. I will then put the same siding on the inside. The ceiling will be insulated with a air gap above the insulation. As for heat I was thinking a 500w base board heater or 2 of them. I will be install...

Hello. I finished most of the siding except for up top at trusses, will do that tomorrow, also got the big 5 by 10 window in on the south side . Thanks Barb . The south face is going to be a 5 by 10 foot insulated window i got free from my brother at a construction job. I am also putting a skylight on the south roof ( left on the picture ) . I am going to have to sacrifice some light for a more insulated greenhouse.

I was just on a holiday to Arizona and I stopped into a Lowes and like you, they had all kinds of big palms and cheap!!! Also had a great selection of Agave, Yucca and cactus but I live in Canada so it was only a dream. It was nice to see though.

The instruction on my heat tape says to use with a properly sized, grounded and certified outdoor extension cord plugged into permanent receptacle.

Thanks Barb . The brand of heat tape that was on that palm was Easyheat . the other ones I normally use are from HD and are Wrap-on brand. I know the wrap-on brand has a thermostat built in.
