Thank you all! @Barb, it could be a form of Yucca gloriosa 'Variegata' but I'm confused with thickness of leaves, and big spines. Last winter in Novi Sad (Serbia) this one survived unprotected (close to building). Official low is -27 Celsius (-16.6 F) on 9.2.2012., but close to building is definitely warmer. Yes, they have lot of palm species: W. robusta, W. filifera, B. capitata. J. chilensis, L. chinensis, S. palmetto, S. minor etc. Sochi is 9a zone.
