Nice Jay. Mine are almost all still 'sleeping', but we have delayed spring here due to proximity to the GLs... Pedios have not even bloomed here yet! What form of basilaris is that? I can get every form through my winters EXCEPT O. basilaris var. basilaris... I just can't find one that stands up to...

Nice pics of those Y.recurvifolia. It looks like they`ve been there for a while. Coldest was -17c they suffered through this winter end of Nov.2010. It would be nice to see more people planting these Yuccas in the Valley. Got any pics of yours in the yard Jay? John I'll get some pics of mine soon. ...

I would have to say they are my favorite yuccas. :) Not sure on the exact lows for that area but i'm sure it gets cold. The cost might go up but they are trying to go after the heavy users who go over the limit they are allocated for the month. As it stands those heavy users don't usually get billed more so they say that they pass the costs of bandwidth use on to all of us. Small ISPs buy bandwidth from the big playe...

Not worried. Won't affect the majority of internet users. Unless you watch lots of movies etc. online everyday.
I'm sure most users won't be over on usage every month.
I don't like the way they put it through. It's bad news for small ISPs.
