I thought I would pass this along for anyone in the Pittsburgh area looking for palms, the Walmart at Mills mall has 3g Windmill, Sabal and Needle palms there, they are $18

citrus trees south west PA
I am looking to buy a Kumquat tree, but not sure to do it now and trust the winter wrap some places use, or wait until the temps come up in the Pittsburgh area. Does anyone have any info on places they like to buy from, not sure who to buy from!
