Hello Turtile, We mainly do hybrid palms from the Butia. I deliver all over the state of FL to many growers of palms. Over 600 combined acres between them. I give them a good deal on my palms and in turn they give me a good deal on there's. Here is a short list of what they have. Canary Island Date ...

The small one in the front has been fruiting for two years in the first photo. You may be able to find some 45 gallons that a...

Piru queen palm
In my opinion it is just some shady marketing. Piru queen palm is a regular Syagrus. I believe they get there stock from Moon Valley Nurseries slapped the name Piru on it because that is the little town in which they grow it. They claim it is from Argentine decent.

Germinating time.
Typically it takes 3 to 6 months. When the first wave of seedlings come we pull them all and replant all the remaining seeds that have not germinated. Then the seeds usually go dormant during the winter as we turn off our heated beds. Then we get a second wave the next spring. We continue this proce...

We started by using old bus tubs but have designed some new trays that have a screen at the bottom so we can just hose the seedlings down to extract them. Seeds are s...

The Mule Palm is a borderline palm for this area. They will need protection if you want them to look green and healthy. I have around 200 Mule palms up here varying in sizes the majority of these are still in 1 gallon containers and spent the winter in a unheated green house and did fine. All the on...
