Yup, at least one on the east side of the island highway towering over a red house just before the elementary school that was closed. Thanks Wes, I intend to keep them inside until this crazy cold weather changes (it's literally snowing as I type this), then put them outside for the summer and back in when it gets frosty in the fall.
My question though was about potting soil and encouraging fast, healthy growth. :)

Hi Wes, it's a little colder here, officially zone 7b and these guys are only about a foot tall in 1 gallon pots, wouldn't that be pushing it a bit?
I thought giving them an extra year to get bigger might be safer.
