Yes,I think it is a flower of phoenix canariensis! It is quite amazing in this climate!

This is the pictures of my friend's palms! His name is Ivica Cupic and he lives in Donji Miholjac,Croatia! He took this pics yesterday! It is still early for protection because it is nice weather here in Balkan(Croatia,Serbia...),but he makes it every winter because sometimes it is very cold here ...

Josef,your garden is amazing !!! It looks very interesanting coverd with snow! Yesterday I heared that all Europe is covered with snow!
Here in Serbia is still sunny and about 10C,but for weekend we will get some snow,too I hate winter!

Here in Belgrade we had very hot summer this year! It was 45C for days and weeks and many of my plants didn't survive!
