Palmark ... nice photos that show a simple yet effective hoop construction. It's not obvious how the poly stays in place and not blow off in the wind? How well does this take a snow load? Again great photos, thanks. Cheers, Barrie. Here rarely blows strong wind and snow usually stays only 4-5 days ...

Phoenix canariensis in 7a zone
This is the pictures of my friend's palms! His name is Ivica Cupic and he lives in Donji Miholjac,Croatia! He took this pics yesterday! It is still early for protection because it is nice weather here in Balkan(Croatia,Serbia...),but he makes it every winter because sometimes it is very cold here ...
