Has it been getting enough water? Might also want to check that it is not catching exhaust from a heater duct.

John, Really don't use any fungicide/bleach pretreatments. I just make sure the seeds are fresh, properly cleaned, and into a sterile germination media. The only time I run into mold/fungus problems is with older seeds, a couple bad ones in the batch will quickly spread fungus to the good ones. So I...
