I think your absolutly right, a Trachy would probably THRIVE there. If there is one thing I have learned in the year I have been in this hobby, it's that Trachies LOVE the cool and HATE the heat. I'de love to see them try an older Trachy.

Baggie method here, but it just popped after buying it in February.
Best thing about these thou is I NEVER had any problem with mold on them and I had MAJOR problems with every other seed from the source.
If you can get FRESH seeds, I would use baggie.

last night we had a damn good storm. the wind knocked over my potted coconut. When it fell, it hit my banana and broke the banana about 1 1/2' up from the base. It is not flopping, but it is dmaged to where it now leans.
