Why is it to hard to find trachycarpus Wagnerianuses in the united states?! In Europe they sell them like they sell gallons of milk! Does anyone know where I can purchase at least a three foot waggie in the hemisphere (eastern US)?

The trachys are 6 years old and about 3 feet tall. I may wait until the official start of spring. New York city weather can severely fluctuate from cold to warm around this time of year. So just to play it safe I'm going to wait 3 more weeks. Thank you all for your advice
